How private yoga can help you:
Do you sometimes feel intimidated in a normal yoga class or would like more personal attention? With private yoga classes you learn the basics, feel more comfortable and less self-conscious. We address your particular needs and specific goals, and you’ll see improvements fast.
We can meet in person in Bonn or live on Zoom, and it can be just you or a small group of friends.

How it works:
- You’ll need to have Zoom downloaded onto a device with a screen, either a computer, phone or tablet.
- Choose the class from the schedule and book yourself in. You’ll receive a link for the class after you’ve booked, save this link and join the class at least 5 minutes before the start time. We always have some time to connect and chat before and after the class.
- When you join the meeting it’s up to you if you want to have your camera on, it’s not essential.
- Make sure you’re in a quiet space with place to move around and have a stable internet connection. When you’re using your phone, I recommend wireless headphones for better sound.
